Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients :
3-4 Table Spoon of Ethnic Cottage Bay of Bengal Grilling and Cooking sauce 1 lb of washed, peeled and de-veined jumbo shrimp

Cooking Directions :
In a bowl, gently mix shrimps together with Ethnic Cottage Bay of Bengal Grilling Sauce. Leave to marinate for 30-60 min in the refrigerator. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers that have been soaked in water. Grill for 2 minutes on each side or until the shrimps have turned pink and charred slightly. Serve Grilled Jumbo Shrimp skewers with fresh salad or rice.

Variations :
Use Paneer (Indian home made cheese) pieces, cauliflower florets, or vegetables of your choice in place of shrimp. The grilling time may vary based upon the size and choice of vegetables selected.
