Hot & Sweet Tofu with Vegetables

1 jar Ethnic Cottage Massaman Curry Thai Cooking Sauce
1 tbsp of cooking oil
1 green pepper, deseeded and cut into ½ “ cubes
1 yellow pepper, deseeded and cut into ½ “ cubes
4 -6 mushrooms, cut into thin slices
8 oz Broccoli florets cut into ½ “ cubes
8 oz Cauliflower florets cut into ½ “ cubes
1 lb Firm Tofu cut into ½ “ cubes


Heat a large wok until hot. Coat with cooking oil, add the peppers, cauliflower and broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes
Add the tofu and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add half the Ethnic Cottage Delhi Korma Cooking sauce to this and heat for 8-10 minutes or until mix starts to boil.
Transfer to a serving dish. Serve with noodles or rice.
